"We discovered early on that the sound system didn’t sound good. Then a short time later, more people in our section started voicing their displeasure over the sound. I wasn’t sure if it was just me so I asked my husband and he confirmed hearing the same thing. So basically Solo acts were able to pull off their performances (sound issue aside) but for the groups - 112 and Jagged Edge, that wasn’t the case. Then on top of that, there was only 1 (yes 1) working microphone. The guys were getting frustrated because it affected the quality of their performances and then the lead singer for Jagged Edge stopped performing and told the sound crew to get it right which they never did. I will say this - the lead singers for both groups sound great live. They did an acapella with low instrumental music in the background - mostly just vocals and both sounded fantastic. We were seated on the Floor Row 16 Seats 10 and 11 so we had some pretty good seats. I felt they gave us that due to all the technical issues. I drove from out of town and would definitely like to see the groups perform again but just not at Colonial Life Arena. We just couldn’t understand why sound and mics weren’t checked before the show?"
